How do you play Tetris?

Steer and rotate the falling tetrominoes to build complete horizontal rows. Full rows clear and score points — clearing four at once is a Tetris, worth the most. The game ends when the stack reaches the top.

Rotating a T-piece into a slot it couldn't drop into, as the final move before it locks. T-spin line clears score far more than normal clears, and chaining them back-to-back multiplies the bonus.

Is the piece order random?

Pieces come from the standard 7-bag randomizer — every set of seven contains each piece exactly once — and the sequence is the same for every player each day, so the daily leaderboard is a fair fight.

Is Tetris free to play?
